Returns or Exchanges

At this point in time, all sales are final, with the exception of notable or extreme damage to the product. If this is the case, please contact me ASAP at scythlyvenart@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product, and we will discuss a refund or replacement of the product if the supplies are available.

Issues

If you received the wrong product, please contact me with images of the product you received and your receipt showing proof of purchase, and I will start a return. Please note that returns must be made out to the following address: 226 Prairie Ridge Dr, Bartlesville, OK 74006.

If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return and/or receiving confirmation of the return will not be accepted.
